Starting on 11/12/17, I visited the WeUsePayPal site throughout the day for four days (morning, midday, afternoon, evening, wee hours) but saw the same dialog box every time saying: "Sorry, we are not available at the moment.Please leave a message." Beneath were boxes where I could type my e-mail address and send a message, which I did on 11/16/17.
In my message, I asked if this service was going to be made available any time in the near future. The response sent to me was: "Our apologies. As of this time, we're encountering technical difficulties which is being worked on. Please check back in a few days.
Thank you for your patience.
Best Regards, WeUsePaypal" As of this writing -- 11/21/17 -- there's been no change in the WeUsePayPal website (still unavailable) and no further updates sent to me from its staff.I don't plan to waste any more time trying to connect with either.
