Starting on 11/12/17, I visited the WeUsePayPal site throughout the day for four days (morning, midday, afternoon, evening, wee hours) but saw the same dialog box every time saying: "Sorry, we are not available at the moment. Please leave a message." Beneath were boxes where I could type my e-mail address and send a message, which I did on 11/16/17.
In my message, I asked if this service was going to be made available any time in the near future. The response sent to me was: "Our apologies. As of this time, we're encountering technical difficulties which is being worked on. Please check back in a few days.
Thank you for your patience.
Best Regards, WeUsePaypal" As of this writing -- 11/21/17 -- there's been no change in the WeUsePayPal website (still unavailable) and no further updates sent to me from its staff. I don't plan to waste any more time trying to connect with either.
